Criminal Procedure

There are many legal statuses in a criminal case, each of which has different rights and obligations.

When legal risks arise, the client may be the victim, the civil plaintiff, the civil defendant, the person whose interests and obligations are related to the case; or may be the whistleblower or the denounced person, the person being proposed for prosecution, the arrested person, the person held in custody, the accused.

AHC Lawyers appoints lawyers to participate in defending legitimate interests, or participate in defense from the investigation stage (taking testimony, taking statements, being held in custody, being detained) until the prosecution and trial stage, first instance, appellate trial.
